Dear Friends,
Thanks to the incredible support from compassionate and caring people like you, in 2020, Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) delivered critical services to thousands of people right here in our community. For those in need, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in the spring brought even greater hardship and challenges. However, through this difficult time our staff were at the ready, adjusting operations while continuing to provide uninterrupted services to our clients and neighbors in need.
With the help of our supporters, we were able to pivot and enhance our services in the wake of this unprecedented pandemic by providing thousands of meals to clients experiencing food insecurity, working daily with middle and high school students to assist them in remote learning, participating in an aggressive campaign to house adults experiencing homelessness, and serving clients through telehealth visits. In addition, our Home Care program provided in-person and in-home services to safely serve our elderly clients who continue to be the most vulnerable to the consequences of COVID-19.
The need for our services is great – now more than ever. Your generosity will allow us to make an impact and, in this season of giving, I ask for your support. I hope we can count on you to join us in our efforts and make a commitment with a gift to our Annual Fund this year.

Often what’s needed by our clients is the professionalism and dedication of our staff to help them access services to address their needs. With your generosity, FCA will continue to be in a strong position with its mix of programs to respond to the challenges that lay ahead, but we need your support to ensure that we stay true to our mission of building better lives and strengthening our community.
