Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) announces the selection of four new members of its Board of Directors as well as the new appointment of Board Chair, Lisa Lillie, at the Agency’s 2016 Annual Meeting.

Lillie, has been an active FCA Board member and volunteer since 2013, supporting the finance and governance committees, and most recently serving as committee co-chair for the Agency’s annual fundraising event, IMAGINE. “I am looking forward to continuing to support the Agency in such a significant leadership role,” said Lillie, as she official addressed Agency stakeholders, at the organization’s annual meeting.

Along with Lillie, four new members joined the Agency’s Board of Directors, Audrey Andrew, David Barnard, Susan Beyman and Noelle Hughes. “All four of our newest Board members bring a special and unique level of volunteerism, dedication and passion for community work. We are excited to have them offer their talents and i leadership to Family & Children’s Agency,” said Robert Cashel, FCA President & CEO.

Audrey Andrew, a real estate professional who lives in Wilton with her family. Andrew has experience managing hospitality reconstructions and operations for top companies in New York City and has spent the past several years doing volunteer work with local education organizations, community sports and pet rescue charities. Like Lillie, Andrew was involved in IMAGINE 2016, and through her work was compelled to connect and serve with the Agency on a deeper level. In addition to her new Board role, Andrew will serve as committee co-chair for the 2017 fundraiser.

David Barnard is Head of Bernstein Private Wealth Management and prior to assuming his current role, spent 15 years with the Sanford C. Living in New Canaan with his family, Barnard connected with FCA in 2009 as a volunteer helping with collections for foster care families, as well as preparing holiday meal baskets for Agency clients. Barnard also supported the Agency, serving on the 2016 golf fundraising initiative committee.

Also joining the Board is Susan Beyman, retired attorney and active local volunteer. Susan and her husband live in Norwalk and have been supporters of the Agency FCA since 2012. In addition to supporting multiple Agency fundraising events, the Beyman family helped to support the growth of FCA’s ASPIRE after school program.

Noelle Hughes lives in New Canaan with her family and has been an active volunteer in the Norwalk area for the last two decades. Most recently working with the Darien YWCA and Norwalk Hospital, Hughes began as a volunteer for the Agency’s annual fundraiser in 2016 and was inspired to work more closely with the organization.
