  |  We help older individuals stay safe and independent in their own homes. Our staff and services are supervised by registered nurses. Our registered nurse conducts a free, full nursing assessment on all home health aide or live-in services. We have on-call accessibility 24 hours per day, seven days per week. All caregivers are employees of FCA and are screened, bonded, insured and (where applicable) licensed.

- Homemakers
If you or your loved one is still active but could use a little help around the house, homemakers may be right for you.
- Assisted Transportation
Our Assisted Transportation Assistants will pick uou up in a wheelchair assessible van to go to a doctor's appointment, a trip to the store, or to visit a friend or relative.
- Geriatric Care Manager
State licensed Social Workers will provide you or your loved onr with with a comprehensive care plan.
