Team Fundraising Team Fundraising is an exciting alternative to individual donations, offering supporters and their friends the opportunity to raise money for FCA programs.
Supporters can target their gifts to specific FCA programs, such as youth development, family strengthening, foster care, adoption, behavioral health, homeless services, and services for seniors. Team fundraisers are initiated and managed by FCA supporters, putting their contribution to work precisely where they want it to go. Raising funds with your friends, family and colleagues isn’t just fun, it also has a greater impact as you spread the word about how, as individuals and as a group, we can help to transform the lives of others in our community.
Create Your Own Fundraiser No matter what your goal, FCA’s fundraising professionals will help you find creative and fun ways to ensure its success. Here are just a few of the many ways you can help raise funds for FCA: Host an event in your home: a tea, coffee, brunch, barbeque, or cocktail reception; host a birthday or holiday party. Ask your guests to make a donation to FCA in honor of your birthday, or in lieu of hostess or holiday gifts. Host a poker night with the winning pot being donated to FCA. Organize a fundraising event at your children’s school or your place of worship—ask for monetary contributions or for goods, such as school supplies, back packs, or clothing. Plan a fundraiser with your co-workers and ask your employer to support your fundraiser with a donation. Organize a neighborhood tag sale and donate the earnings to FCA
