Family & Children’s Agency offers a variety of ways to support our programs and initiatives.

Donations by Check

To make a donation by check, please download and return the Downloadable Donation Form. All checks are payable to “Family & Children’s Agency” and may be mailed to Family & Children’s Agency, Attn: Development Office, 9 Mott Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850.

Donations of Stock

We welcome gifts of stock and securities, and the process is simple. Please notify our Development Office by calling (203) 523-5715, then ask your broker to follow the Instructions for Transfer of Stock.

Planned Gifts

When reviewing your estate planning, please consider making a donation that will provide a lasting legacy. Your charitable bequest or other planned gift will help Family & Children’s Agency to continue its work in the community helping children & families, youth, adults, and seniors, realize life’s possibilities.

Planned gifts include:

• Bequest in your will
• Insurance policy
• IRA or other retirement plan
• Charitable trust or annuity
• Gift of real estate, securities or other assets

In-Kind Goods and Services

• New Car Seats
• New Strollers
• New High Chairs, Changing Tables, Pack & Plays, and Bassinets
• New Diapers, Baby Wipes, and Formula
• New Children’s Clothing
• New Toys & Games
• New Cleaning Supplies
• New Household Items (e.g. sheets, towels, pots & pans, silverware)
• Gently Used Winter Coats (September – March)
• Gift Cards (for basic needs e.g. Wal-Mart, Target, Stop & Shop, Shoprite)

Items Not Accepted

• Cribs
• Mattresses
• Large Appliances
• Excersaucers & Bouncy Seats
• Stuffed Animals
• Gently Used Clothing (unless there is a current need)
