Though a partnership with The Connection, Inc.  and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families, FCA provides intensive case management and housing vouchers for DCF-involved families. These families are all either homeless or experiencing other housing issues that prevent them from reuniting with their children.

Referrals are through DCF only.
